What is Astro Player?
Astro Player is an IPTV player for Android TV and phone. You add your own M3U lists from this portal and watch them in the app. We don't include any channels or content.
Where do I find my Device MAC and Device Key?
Open the app on your TV or phone: the home screen shows your Device MAC and Device Key. Use those two values to sign in to this portal — no username or password.
How do I add my M3U list?
Sign in to the portal with your MAC and Key, go to your dashboard and use “Add” with your list's name and URL (it must start with http:// or https://). The app loads it instantly.
How long is the free trial?
The trial lasts 7 days with full access. When it ends, you can activate your device from the same dashboard to keep watching.
How do I activate or renew my subscription?
On your dashboard, when your trial or subscription is about to expire, you'll see the “Activate · Monthly” and “Activate · Yearly” buttons. Payment is by card.
Can I protect a list with a PIN?
Yes. On your dashboard, tap “PIN” on any list and set 4 digits. Only that list will be locked; the others stay open. Great for parental control.
Does it work on TV and phone?
Yes, it works on Android TV and Android phones. Each device has its own MAC and its own lists.
Is there a version for iPhone (iOS), Samsung, LG or Roku?
For now the app is only available for Android: Android TV and Android phones or tablets. There's no version yet for iPhone/iPad or for Samsung, LG or Roku smart TVs; if we reach other platforms, we'll announce it here on the portal.
The app won't load my list, what should I do?
Check that the URL is correct and active (open it in a browser). If it still won't load, go to Support from your dashboard and message us with the list name — we'll help.
Why does the app freeze or take long to open?
On startup the app downloads and processes your full list (channels, movies and series). If the list is very large or your provider's server responds slowly, the first load can take a moment. Give it a few seconds; if it stays stuck, close the app, check your internet and open it again.
My list works on my computer but not in the app — why?
It's almost always the list or the network, not the app. Some providers limit simultaneous connections or block certain devices, some video formats that play on a computer aren't supported by TV hardware, and some internet providers block certain servers. Try another network (e.g. mobile data) and check with your list provider.
The app won't open or says there's no connection — what should I check?
First confirm the device has internet (open another app that uses the network). Restart the device and the router. If your internet works and the app still won't connect, it may be a temporary outage or your ISP blocking the connection: message us from Support and we'll take a look.
Does the app have a program guide (EPG)?
Astro Player doesn't generate its own guide: it shows the EPG supplied by your list's provider. If your list includes a guide you'll see each channel's schedule in the app; if your provider doesn't send one, channels appear without schedule info.
Can I use the same subscription on several devices?
Activation is per device: each TV or phone has its own Device MAC, its own free trial and its own subscription, and its lists are managed separately in the portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card, processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
I sell to multiple clients — do you have a reseller program?
Yes. Resellers buy credits and activate their clients' devices instantly from their own B2B panel. See the Resellers page in the menu for details on getting started.
