ASTRO PLAYER
Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-02
Legal notice
Astro Player is only a media player. We do not sell or offer channels, movies, series or any content, legal or illegal. Use only your own legal lists. Do not use illegal content.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Astro Player application and web portal (the "Service"). By using the Service, purchasing an activation, or checking the acceptance box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms — in particular Section 2 below.
1. What the Service is
Astro Player is a general-purpose media player. The Service consists of the player application and the portal where you manage your device and the playlists you add yourself. Your payment activates the player service for your device — nothing else.
2. We do NOT provide content
- We do not sell, offer, host, distribute or include any channels, movies, series, live TV or any other content, legal or illegal. The app is delivered empty, with no playlists.
- Any content you watch comes exclusively from M3U playlists that you add yourself. We have no control over, and no responsibility for, their availability, quality or legality.
- Your subscription payment is not a payment for content of any kind. No seller, reseller or third party is authorized to offer content on our behalf.
3. Your responsibility
You agree to use only playlists and content that you own or have the legal right to use in your country. You are solely responsible for the sources you add. If we receive valid notice that a device is being used for infringing activity, we may suspend or terminate its activation without refund.
4. Payments and activations
Activations are one-time payments that enable the player service on one device for the purchased period (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we never see your full card details. Because the Service is delivered immediately upon activation, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or in case of a technical failure attributable to us.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that any playlist you add will work, since third-party sources are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the content you choose to load into the player.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
